Fire Alarms

There are no planned fire drills for during the conference. if the alarm does sound at all, please make your way out of the nearest fire exit to the muster point in the car parks. If you are in a different area, i.e your room, the restaurant etc. please listen to a member of staff who will direct you to the nearest fire exit.

Toilets

There are toilets located on each floor.

Health and Safety

As ever, health and safety is of the utmost importance to all involved, please listen to the event team and instructors during the team building sessions and if something doesn't look right, act safe and talk safe by flagging to one of the team.

Quiet Spaces

We understand that coming together as a full organisation can be quite overwhelming, if you need take a minute, then there is an allocated quiet space. This is not for taking calls or having private meetings. 

Photography

There will be a photographer present throughout both days, make sure you say hello to "Dan" from HT Media! Please take a minute to get a headshot taken, particularly if you are new to the company or haven't had one in a few years.
