We are thrilled to be back together once again. This year we head to the Crowne Plaza hotel in Glasgow as we come together to look forward to the future.

 KEY TIMINGS

A quick summary of when and where you need to be, this will be updated with final information as get nearer to the event.

  • Day 1 - Monday 20th October

  • 08:00: Blyth - Check in with the Scott Bullock and Admin team at Offshore House

  • 08.30: Blyth - Coaches depart from Offshore House

  • 11.15: Glasgow - Check in with Corporate Affairs Team and Karen Leiper at Inovo

  • 11.30: Glasgow - Coach departs from Inovo

  • 11.30 - 12.00: Everyone arrives at the venue

    You will be issued with a Name Badge on arrival, please make sure you register as you come in.

  • 12:00 - Networking Lunch

     

  • 12.45: Conference Begins 

  • 13:30: Breakout Sessions

  • 17.30: Option to either get checked in or relax at the hotel.

  • 18:00: Drinks Reception Begins

  • 19.15: Dinner, awards & entertainment 

  • 22.30: Evening closes

    There will be taxis to take those who live locally home.

  • Day 2 - Tuesday 21st October

  • 08.30: All arrive at the venue for registration

    The  conference will begin at 08.45 sharp, it is your responsibility to ensure you are there for this time.

    Registration will be taken on Day 1 and Day 2 to ensure that everyone is present.

  • 08:45: Conference begins on Day 2

  • 11:00: Team Building Activities begin

  • 13:00: Lunch

  • 13.30: Coaches depart

FAQs

What's the Dress Code?

For day time, the dress code is casual. Afterwards, for dinner, drinks and evening entertainment, the dress code is smart-casual.

Where can I find all of the information like my table and team number?

All of the information you could need is uploaded onto this team site or can be found on the back of your badge during the conference.

What do I do if I have an issue or want to raise a concern?

Speak to Vicki Sharpe, one of the Corporate Affairs or People team.

Where do I access the online joining link?

We'll update the joining link on this page and send it directly to those who are joining online closer to the time of the conference.
