We hope you're all looking forward to ORE Catapult Team Conference 2024, here you can find all the information you'll need in the run-up and throughout the conference.

We are thrilled to be back together once again, this year we head to the North East of England to the Grand Gosforth Park hotel in Newcastle as come together to look forward to the future.

 KEY TIMINGS

  • Day 1 - Tuesday 1st October

  • 08.15: Glasgow - Check in with the Corporate Affairs team at Inovo

  • 08.30: Glasgow - Coaches depart from Inovo

  • 09.30: Blyth Site Tour 1

    For those who opted in to take a tour of Blyth from all locations except Glasgow.

  • 11.15: Blyth - Check in with Tom Chaplin and Blyth Admin at Offshore House

  • 11.30: Blyth - Coaches depart from Offshore house

  • 11.30 - 12.00: Everyone arrives at the venue

    You will be issued with a Name Badge on arrival, please make sure you register as you come in.

  • 12.45: Conference Begins 

  • 13:15: Breakout Sessions

  • 16:00: Team Building Activities begin

  • 17.30: Option to either get checked in, go home or relax at the hotel.

  • 18:30: Drinks Reception Begins

  • 19.15: Dinner, awards & entertainment 

  • 22.30: Evening closes

    There will be buses and taxis to take those who live locally home.

  • Day 2 - Wednesday 2nd October

  • 08.30: Buses depart from Offshore House for the venue

    The buses will leave at 8.30 AM sharp, it is your responsibility to ensure you are on the bus for this time.

  • 09.00: Conference begins on Day 2

  • 13:00: Lunch

  • 13.30: Coaches depart

  • 14:00: Blyth Site Tour 2

    For those who opted in to take a tour of Blyth from Glasgow and OWGP team.

FAQ'S

What's the Dress Code?

For day time, the dress code is casual. Afterwards, for dinner, drinks and evening entertainment, the dress code is smart-casual.

Where can I find all of the information like my table and team number?

All of the information you could need is will be uploaded onto this team site or can be found on the back of your badge during the conference.

What do I do if I have an issue or want to raise a concern?

Speak to Vicki Sharpe or one of the Corporate Affairs or People team.
